Description
A concentrated additive to dissolve and prevent urea crystals formation. Cleans SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) system of diesel engines notably AdBlue tank and urea injectors.
- Curative and preventative solution –dissolves crystals created by AdBlue in the vehicle's SCR system at cold temperatures, and prevents breakdowns.
- Concentrated formula –one 250ml bottle treats 100 litres of AdBlue.
- Optimizes Urea injector spraying –improves AdBlue consumption and increases the efficiency of the catalyst.
- Dosage head application –convenient and economical in use.
- Silicon-free –body shop safe.
Application
KENT Urea Anti Crystal Additive in AdBlue® tank at a refill (proportion of 0,25%) will clean urea injectors and tank, therefore, prevent breakdowns due to crystals contamination. Crystals can appear from Urea when the outside temperature is cold (circa -10°c) or if the exhaust gas temperature is not sufficient for the redox reaction to be complete. This product also dissolves crystals on parts contaminated by urea crystals by direct application.
Instructions
1. Define how many litres of AdBlue® are filled in the urea tank of the vehicle
2. Calculate the needed quantity of additive (proportion is 25ml of additive for 10 litres of urea solution).
3. Loosen the cap with a quarter turn.
4. Fill the metering head by pressing the bottle, open the cap and pour the content into the urea container prior to filling the AdBlue.
Caution: Never put Urea Anti Crystal Additive in the fuel tank. To be added into the AdBlue tank only.
